Our and User Relationship
DaSe look is under no obligation to be responsible for any damages or harm to you or any device that you use while using our platform. While you experience the platform DaSe look does not guarantee any virus protection, errors-free useage, interruption, limitation, device damage or any sort of damage to you or your property. You are responsible for any damages that you may face while using our platform or after using our platform.

Indemnification
The indemnification section may not apply to you because certain jurisdictions do not permit some legal warranties, limitations, exclusions on liabilities and remedies.
Hereby you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DaSe look and any individual that legally represents DaSe look from and against all and without any limitation of losses, claims, liabilities, damages, expenses and costs, and attorneys’ fees related to use of the Platform, your User Posted Content, any violation of these Terms and Conditions, you, behalf of you heirs, designates, inheritors, insures and properties, hereby fully and forever release and dismissal the DaSe look and DaSe look and any individual that legally represents DaSe look from all claims of action that you can and may have for damages and harm relating to your use of the Platform.
Limitations of Liability
The indemnification section may not apply to you because certain jurisdictions do not permit some legal warranties, limitations, exclusions on liabilities and remedies.
DaSe look is not liable for any kind of damages including without limitation for any lost data, profit as a result of using Platform. You agree to your full responsibility for your use of Platform. If DaSe look is found to be liable for any damages or loss to you, which is connected to the use of Platform, DaSe look liability should not exceed US$50.
Additional Regulations
You understand that this agreement is only between you and DaSe look.
In a case of lawsuit between the relationship DaSe look and any individual that legally represents DaSe look and you, the case should be governed based on California, US law located in Los Angeles Country, California, US.
Under any circumstances, the case shall not be governed under any other state or country law, as well as, not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Unless the applicable law does not require, all claims should be conducted within one (1) year after the claim arises.
